Please humor me, folks. Watch this short video and tell me what you think is going on in it. Why? Well, a lot of people suspect (possibly as a result of the Theresa Duncan/Jeremy Blake suicides) that “gangstalking” has become a problem in the world today. Not your run-of-the-mill stalking by cultists or psychotic neighbors or romantically/fanatically obsessed people, but by “gangs of unemployed terrorists” who apparently select targets at random and try to drive them nuts. This may be a government operation, according to some of the victims.
My thoughts on this video: If you sit in your car in broad daylight filming every pedestrian, cyclist, and motorist who passes by….
A. People will watch you closely, wondering what’s up, wondering why they’re being filmed by a total stranger in a parked car. (I know this woman thinks she can’t be seen, but I’m sure she can.)
B. If you observe the traffic patterns in your neighborhood closely, you will notice a lot of “strange” activity (people circling the block because they’re lost, children wandering aimlessly, etc.). If the woman had to look so closely to find the people who were supposedly trying to drive her crazy, then she’s really driving herself crazy.
Terroristic stalking, even gangstalking, does occur and it is a serious crime. But for our own good, let’s make an effort to distinguish between real stalking and unchecked paranoia.

I think these folks may have a legit reason to believe this gang stocking is real, Two people were recently interviewed on the Unbought, Unbossed radio show on CHLY Nanaimo.(the format of Raymond’s show mostly covers issues that surround the 911 issue of being an inside job…(I believe it 100%) More and more people are waking up to the fact that 911 is highly suspicious and should be completely investigated. Just because this has never happened to you (gang Stocking) does not mean others are not harassed in this way. The world is a strange and bazaar place and nothing surprises me these days. I would lend my support to anyone if they knew or felt stalked regardless how unbelievable…Beside Mizz Camel, You seen a UFO, and I believe you did 100%, I myself have never seen a UFO…so!

This woman is simply paranoid. The poor guy on the bike is confused by the fact that she’s videotaping him, asks the ladies coming by if the know whats going on.I do this for fun, sometimes. walk behind someone at about 5-10 meters distance, walking agressively, like someone who might be tailing you, follow you for a while- dodge off on a corner, wait for a while, start walking behind you again, wait till you get a little worried then make a thinly veiled attempt to talk into my watch, or press two fingers to my ear. It’s actually somewhat amusing, I’ve had one person run away, and another ask me what I was doing. I told him I was following him, to see what he would do, and since he was the only one who ever asked, I gave him 20$, for actually being curious.So- maybe if you find yourself being stalked, you should ask the person, they might give you a prize.

The 3 dimensional world in which we are imprisoned with our 5 senses allows us only to perceive of only a tiny fraction of what exists in an infinite universe in which ANYthing is possible. So while i don’t believe everything i see and hear, i do tend to give people the benefit of the doubt in many cases. I have heard / read some very compelling cases of gang-stalking. Generally these do involve cults, racism, vigil-antis, political motivations, retaliations, mobbing actions by jealous co-workers, etc and one can see a reason for it and generally identify some potential suspects. I also know someone who was involved in a type of gang-stalking that most people would never consider: spiritual stalking (out of body and via telepathy)!You do have to wonder about anyone who claims to be stalked for no apparent reason though, right? There are many people who are speaking out against governments or blowing the whistle on some scandal etc who apparently are not targeted in this manner, so it seems totally “absurd” to be stalked for no reason by unknown people.But is it really absurd? The MK Ultra secret mind control experiments are proven to have existed and are admitted.They may officially no longer exist, but perhaps they are just no longer centered in any particular place or institution, or they have not been exposed yet? Perhaps they have teams everywhere conducting research, and it appears as ‘motiveless’ stalking.Mind control experiments have been going on for a century and a half (or more), and they continue today. The center of world wide mind control operations is the Tavistock Institute in London but they are also present in the USA North America.I would research that before you jump to any conclusions. You never know. You may discover that you are being or have been Tavi-stalked without realizing it.It’s easy to say “oh your just paranoid”, right? Now ask yourself, was that an original thought ? Who taught you to react that way? Hmmm?As someone once said, “just because i am paranoid, doesn’t mean that they are NOT out to get me”. By the way, the opposite of paranoid is metanoid. That is an illness which tells you that everything is fine, the world is run by wonderful and loving people who never have bad intentions and would never dream of doing harm to it’s own citizens, despite evidence to the contrary. That to me is a more dangerous illness, and of greater cause for concern than paranoia. I think it is very far more prevalent too.
“Paranoid awareness” is a topic I probably won’t touch on here, because there are degrees of paranoia, ranging from the adaptive paranoia that helps keep us alive to the delusions and disordered thinking of mental illness. It’s nearly impossible to tell where someone like this woman is on that paranoia spectrum, because there isn’t much to examine on this tape. All I can say with any certainty is that the behavior displayed on this particular tape is not indicative of any type of stalking. I’m familiar with a lot of the mind control experimentation conducted in the developed world throughout the past century (and into this one). Most of it was unethical, and much of it was illegal, so I consider it an interesting possibility that seemingly motiveless stalking could be part of some kind of psywarfare experiments or even operations. It would certainly be an effective way of driving your enemies crazy…and it would be difficult to prove.Interesting, too, that you mentioned Tavistock! I’ve been researching the kind of tactics that Naomi Klein describes in “Shock Doctrine” (governments and corporations taking advantage of disasters to push through hard-to-sell measures). Kurt Lewin of Tavistock once said that the most effective way to rebuild a society would be to take full advantage of the childlike state people fall into immediately after catastrophic, traumatic events. Basically: You can write on the tabula rasa to your heart’s content. When I first read this I wasn’t sure that it had actually been practiced. Naomi Klein’s book came out about a week later.
You know, even if she can’t be seen in her car–and I’m not convinced that anyone could actually see her sitting in her car with a camera from that far away–the guy saw her walk out with a video camera, get in her car…and then sit there without cranking the car and driving away. So he watches, wondering what she’s up to. When the two women pass by, he asks them what she’s up to. They turn to look.The “gesture” to the car looked to me nothing more than the kind of gesture I make when passing by someone from my neighborhood. A “hello” or at least “I acknowledge you.”I think the woman is in need of some good psychiatric help and doesn’t realize that by filming people in that way, she has become the stalker.
I suspect the same thing; folks saw her get into the vehicle with her camera, and wondered why she didn’t drive away. Quite natural. As for the gestures and “conspiratorial” conversations, I think they might have been along these lines: “Say, do you know what’s up with the crazy lady sitting in her car with a camera, filming us?”This must be an awful way to go through life, distrusting every pedestrian you see. I hope this woman can get the help she probably needs and live a more fulfilling, less fearful existence.
The woman who made that video used a miniaturized video camera and kept it concealed underneath a piece of cloth, so, she didn’t advertise her intentions to anyone in the neighborhood. Hence, the behavior shown by the weirdo on the bicycle was inappropriate. There is nothing wrong with sitting in your own car in front of your own residence, is there? Watch this guy’s antics again. Why should he have found it necessary to lurk behind shrubbery a block away, peering back at the car, if it was not apparent that a video was being made? Why does the bicyclist not keep going? Why does he keeping looking back at her car? Who is he talking to? He is apparently talking to someone, who can’t be seen on camera. How could he have seen whether she had a camera or not? He passes by her car precisely as she gets in her car. The only way he could have seen whether she had a camera is if he was staring right at her as she got in her car. Even if he saw the camera she was carrying as she walked to and got into her car, he has no idea if she is using the camera or not. He is too far away to see if she is using the camera. He has no idea if she is filming him or anyone else. So why is he behaving in this odd way? The rampant paranoia demonstrated in these comments just stuns me. Maybe the biker is waiting for someone, and he’s looking in the direction of the car the woman’s hiding in because that’s the direction that someone will be coming from. Perhaps he asked the two women if they’d seen his friend. On the other hand, let’s say he was looking at the car. If the woman isn’t carrying an enormous camera, she states that she had the small camera covered with a towel or something. If I saw someone furtively carrying something covered with a towel get into a car and then sit there without driving away for several minutes, I might look at the car, wondering what she’s up to in there, too.There are rational reasons for everything in this video. Just because we don’t know the motivations behind people’s actions doesn’t mean those motivations have to be sinister.This woman needs psychological help, not people who pander to her delusions.

She filmed from this area to let the viewer know that there is no way the guy on the bike could see anything she was holding. Her usual behaviour is to get into her car and drive away, they were wondering why she did not drive off as she has done in the past…Would you be all concerned about your neighbour should they just sit in their car and did not drive off…Me I would have not given a second thought, Why did these people seem to be so interested in a woman who is sitting in her car. Had I seem my neighbour do this firstly I would not be concerned and would just surmise that she got a phone call or perhaps she is cleaning out the inside of my car….What was so interesting to the man on the bike, was she tap dancing nude on the hood of her car to cause so many people to be interested in her.Do a little research into the topic of organized stalking aka gang stalking. I would wonder what was going on. I might even check from time to time to make sure they were okay. Are they in there crying? Are they having car trouble? Did they faint or have a heart attack? We don’t know that he’s looking at the car. We don’t even know what she’s using to film; we only have her word that it’s a tiny camera and that no one could tell that.Anecdotes and someone telling me what I’m “supposed” to see when I look at something is not proof. I look at this video and I see evidence of a very upset woman who needs help. I see the normal goings-on of people in the neighborhood. But to her, everything looks like a conspiracy. I’ll bet if you sat in a car in your own neighborhood and watched what went on, you’d see the kind of thing you see here. A concerned neighbor might even approach the car to see if you’re okay in there.I did watch the video to the very end. Several times. The camera is not the human eye. I’ve taken pictures of things I could see clearly and yet in the picture I took, they were barely visible. Try taking a picture of the full moon on a night when it’s huge in the sky. The fact that the camera doesn’t see into the car doesn’t mean the guy didn’t see her do something that looked suspicious to him.The other stuff is easily all coincidental or, as I said before, merely done for motivations we have no way of knowing. The car with the missing hubcap is probably simply lost and looking for an address. Nothing has to be sinister about it.I have read about gangstalking online. I take things with a grain of salt until someone reputable proves that there really is something going on and that it’s not all simply paranoia.Occam’s razor applies here. Has she seen any of them over and over? Does the biker guy also turn up at the mall when she’s there? That video may not have been the totally best example provided of this phenomenom, in fact it may simply appear that the guy on the bike was just talking to his buddy. However what this woman didnt say, was did this happen to her a bunch of times first before she finally decided to video tape it? Ok this stuff does happen to people, it isnt always a guy on a bike staring at some woman in her car. video taping the proof is virtually impossible, as acts of stalking usually take less than a minute to occur, enough to let the person know they are being watched but not long enough for someone to be able to capture it all on film. most of the time the person is totally caught off his or her guard, not expecting it and then suddenly this happens. if it goes on for months and years, and is repeated, and the same people are doing it, then chances are, yes it is stalking.

KaaSo what you are saying is that I am not a credible person. I have found 7 people in my small city of only 80,000 people who all stalked and harassed and have their lives messed with. So are you say that all these people I speak of are not credible? In resorting to Occam’s Razor, KAA, you jump to a conclusion that is unsubstantiated by any evidence of your having the qualifications for labeling this woman as “paranoid.” You’ve exercised “simplicity” merely to the point of flinging pejoratives. Not a particularly scientific accomplishment, as I see it. Organized stalking is as real now as it was during the height of COINTELPRO. So, too, is the practice of infiltrating persons onto forums such as these who have as their objective the discrediting of any and all attempts at exposing these operations. So, a question of course arises as to why this topic should be of the least interest to you.If you don’t wish to view Ms. Parker’s film as being evidence of organized stalking, simply view it as a badly acted scene out of “The Truman Show.” It is really quite diverting when viewed in that light.

Full disclosure, folks: A member of my own family has been gangstalked by the FBI, real estate agents, firemen, her secret identical twin sister, various neighbors, and Sam Donaldson for over 40 years. That’s because she’s a paranoid schizophrenic. Not one of her claims in all these years has turned out to be true, and 99% of them are demonstrably false. She does not even have a twin sister, though I can’t vouch for Sam Donaldson. So, yes, sometimes apparent victims of stalking and harassment are mentally ill or suffering temporary delusions/paranoia; it can’t be ruled out as an explanation.To me the biggest mystery of the gangstalking accounts is why the alleged stalking would be both motiveless and extremely well-coordinated. That’s a good question, sme; viz., Why would something so “motiveless” appear to be so well coordinated, which suggests a contradiction in terms. Actually, I don’t see a contradiction in terms. But, …allow me to elaborate.First, there is absolutely nothing new about organized stalking. It was employed to great effect in this country by racists for many, many decades — and not just in the Deep South. It was a hallmark tactic employed by Hitler’s brownshirt SA troops, as part of his earlier efforts a consolidating his hold on power, and as a preliminary to his systematically eliminating the Jews. It is also a standard phenomenon in totalitarian societies generally. Organized stalking is a time-tested social control technique.What is now ongoing is not confined to the North American continent. Precisely these same tactics are being employed on a global scale, all very systematically. The similarity of these operations on a global scale suggests that management and control is centralized. No single government has the capacity to accomplish this. Certain multinational corporations, on the other hand, do indeed have this capacity, as well as the motivation. Motivation, you say? The globalization process is not, after all, limited to foreign trade. Control of governments is also an objective.I’ll bet you didn’t know that multinational corporations now manage significant aspects of CIA, DIA and Pentagon intelligence operations, and that they now maintain certain US budgetary databases, while also dictating the course and direction of our government’s foreign and domestic policies. Trust me, their stockholders are loving it. Control of any government is VERY good for business.Now, as to the motive behind these organized stalking campaigns. Simple enough. To accomplish this, you focus on garnering the support of those types of people who would disregard the law if given any suitable pretext — a religious cause, for example, or an induced perception that the persons singled out for harassment are less than worthy, whatever the allegation. It has been demonstrated time and time again that it is relatively easy to garner this type of support. Opportunism and low self-esteem are traits that can be easily exploited in any such recruitment effort.The targets of organized stalking are simply tools for effecting this base of support. Targets (TIs) are social and political nonentities who, should they complain, are sure to be ignored. You may recall that persons targeted for MKULTRA experimentation were singled out for precisely these same reasons. The CIA recognized that social and political nobodies would be the least likely to expose their operations because no one would believe these people if they tried to make waves. I could continue; however, I think you get the picture. These stalking operations are organized on a global scale, and the motive, simply put, is control of those who have the potential for supporting the overthrow of currently-existing, established forms of government.Incidentally, I notice in your other blog exchanges that you are inclined to dismiss as conspiratorial thinking anything which does not fit into comfortable preconceptions as to how societies SHOULD function. Please remember that the US government, as a minimum, has a long record of very serious human and civil rights abuses these past many decades, all of which fell well beyond the pale of such comfortable preconceptions. Now consider the innate psychopathology of multinational corporations in light of what might be considered the “usurpation” of such US governmental prerogatives. Organized stalking is indeed ongoing. Where this is all headed, of course, remains to be seen.
Hi SMEI am grateful for Julianne’s post. Julianne has been trying to expose this crap for years. Me, I just became an activist 1 year ago when I finally found a name for this crap and found a network of TI’s who have also experienced this kind of harassment.I would like to comment on your sister who is deemed paranoid schizophrenic. Many targets after complaining about the many people who harass and stalk them end up in the clutches of mental health. This serves to silence the targeted individual by labelling them paranoid schizophrenic. This is a favourite label to place upon the target. Your sister may not be schizophrenic, yet she is labelled as such and treated as such. I would like to offer you a different perspective. Your sister was correct when she complained that she was being followed by people and harassed in the community. Your sister indeed hears voices that no other person can hear. The hearing of voices is called Voice to Skull and has been doable since the mid 1970’s. Now, your sister complains about all these things and no one even her family believe her. I would suggest that the more she tried to convince people, the more others thought she was going off the deep end…It is not unusual to have family and friends force the individual who is complaining about this into the clutches of mental health. If you listen to the radio broadcast about Gloria Naylor, you will hear that her doctor diagnosed her (without telling her)with some kind of paranoid delusion syndrome and also without her knowledge gave her medication for this ailment…after a period of time on the meds, Gloria Naylor’s doctor informed her of what he had done and then suggested that because she continued to complain about hearing voices and complain about people pursuing her, he deemed that indeed she was probably not mentally ill. We in the TI community believe that many targets have been wrongfully diagnosed with some kind of paranoid mental illness and many will remain in the clutches of mental health. The video attempts to show the experiences of people who are targeted by something the video producers call “gangstalking”. What it doesn’t show are the chemical poisonings and stealth virus assaults that have totally ruined some targets lives.The video itself may have been produced using actors, by an organization that wants to portray “gangstalking” as a controversial subject, as virtually unsolvable. Or it could be real.You make a comment about the stalkers being “gangs of unemployed terrorists” who apparently select targets at random and try to drive them nuts. It’s far more likely that they are gangs of ordinary people obsessed with their perceptions of crime, law and order, or mental aberrations. If that is true, then it’s also more than likely that their perceptions have evolved through official channels by the people mainly responsible for law and order. So what you have are the good people trashing the bad people, because the good people been told by officials that these are bad people and they need to be trashed. She has been reliably diagnosed by several different doctors.The first time Grandma was institutionalized was in 1950, 20-some years before your “talking skull” experiments.Grandma’s children, their spouses, and now her grandchildren have lived in close proximity to her for the past 40 years. We can ALL guarantee you that Grandma has NEVER been stalked, nor has her phone been tapped, or hidden cameras been used to spy on her.Grandma blames ANY misfortune that happens to our family on the FBI. Had you in fact a real objective interest in the subject, you would not have blithely dismissed our preceding comments as being only so much “New World Order” crap. Rather, you would have asked for evidence of the role now played by multinational corporations in running critical aspects of the US Government, and you would have freely acknowledged this government’s past history of egregious civil and human rights abuses. Your blog, alas, is a waste of time, since all you really want is to snicker with like-minded types over the hallucinatory travails of conspiracy-theory-driven TIs and their ilk. You really don’t know what organized stalking entails, do you? Have you ever had your tires repeatedly slashed, the windows in your car(s) repeatedly smashed, your brake lines cut, repeated attempts at your being run off of the road or into oncoming traffic by other drivers, your clothes repeatedly slashed by razors, important items stolen from your home on a regular basis, wiring in your house tampered with for purposes of starting fires, holes burned into your furniture and carpeting with microwaves, your mail repeatedly stolen, your food repeatedly contaminated with solvents, puddles of glue dumped onto your carpeting, people assembled outside your front door screaming at you about your witchlike propensities, your phone ringing off the hook with 75 to 100wrong numbers on a daily basis, and et cetera. And all of this happening week after week after week? No? Good for you. You’re fortunate. Add to that the joys of being electronically harassed. You don’t know the meaning of true pain until you’ve had that experience. In due course, the playing field will be leveled (of that I am entirely confident), and even you will not be exempt from the consequences. Perhaps then you will ask yourself if your prissy silence and your snickers were all worth the effort.
Debbie, my grandmother is absolutely, beyond any shade of doubt, schizophrenic. The claims I listed here are her least outrageous ones; if I gave you the full scoop, you might worry about her being on the streets. She is not in the “clutches” of the mental health care system and hasn’t been for years (and she isn’t on medication, since she isn’t really a danger to herself or others). Juliane, I’m not suggesting that every person who reports strange incidents of stalking is mentally ill, paranoid, or deluded. I’ve mentioned several times already that gangstalking is used by various groups for a specific purpose (intimidation – which amounts to control) It is a serious crime and must be addressed as such. However, accounts of gangstalking must be examined on a case-by-case basis if we are to truly understand the phenomenon, because not all of the accounts are going to be accurate. Some will be reported by the mentally ill, the paranoid, the delusional, and those seeking attention. This blog was set up, initially, to discuss literary fraud. It was set up by myself. I do not have a co-administrator and no one decides what goes on this blog but me. I use the editorial “we” to describe Hans the not-so-flying-pig as a mascot only because it’s a little odd to have a personal mascot).This is the first gangstalking or stalking-related post to appear on the blog in the 2+ years of its existence, so it was certainly not set up to address the issue of gangstalking (which I only began to hear about in the last 2-3 months). Are you also tshsmom?Please keep in mind that persons subjected to organized stalking and electronic harassment (which includes “V2K” or “voice-to-skull” transmissions, otherwise known as “voices in the head”) do not always respond in what might be considered “sane” and “objective” fashion to what is happening to them. Neuroses and paranoia can be induced by the intensity of these assaults. That is clearly an objective sought. It helps to heighten the disbelief of others, such as you, who are not currently singled out for harassment.Again, these operations are organized and centrally controlled, given the virtually-identical nature of what TIs are experiencing on a global basis. Hence, contrary to what you suspect might be the case, local groups are not engaged in these activities for separate, parochial reasons. Their activities are being controlled and directed by outside sources.As to seeking help, it will no doubt interest you to know that the police will not intervene in any case which is alleged to involve either organized stalking or electronic harassment. This is an absolutely classic police response. Private investigators will not intervene because, well, they don’t want to compromise their pre-existing contracts with the CIA and the Pentagon. They simply presume that when you mention organized stalking and electronic harassment, that the CIA and the Pentagon must be involved. You don’t even have to hint of CIA and Pentagon involvement. Federal-level law-enforcement agencies will not intervene because there are no laws prohibiting either electronic harassment or organized stalking that transcends state boundaries. Federal and state legislators will not intervene because, well, they lack the funding and manpower needed to properly investigate these alleged problems (notwithstanding the many thousands of letters they’ve received over the years regarding these problems). In contrast, mental health professionals will very-happily intervene, especially since the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Illnesses has been revised so as to categorize all such complaints as clear evidence of paranoia and schizophrenia. (You do remember Ewen Cameron, don’t you? The American Psychiatric Association has long served the interests of the powers that be.) And, as to help from the public? You, sme, are a member of that very same public. To the extent that you have invited these discussions, you have helped, and for that we thank you. Otherwise, the public is generally in no position to assist and indeed is not inclined to assist, preferring the less-threatening and hypnotic diversions offered by their high-definition TVs.In sum, life goes on. This is a hard subject to wrap ones head around. Had this not happened to me I would never have believed it myself. The police know that the gang stalking exists and some police are even a part of it…Those police who are not a part of keep their mouths shut about it. so you see if we complain to the police, they immediately start labelling us as delusional and in many cases the police get mental health involved and further discredit you. The police here in my city sent mental health to my door because I complained about stolen mail. After the police came to my home, saw the signs on my car about gang stalking, he decided to send mental health to my door. Fortunately for me, when mental health arrived I had two witnesses present. I agreed to an interview only if I video taped the entire conversation and had a witness present…they refused and left So as you can see the police are no help to us TI’s. This crime is so hard to prove. Many of us have gone to the press, written letters to local and federal politicians. We are getting some sympathy from Congressman Jim Guest, some of us have been interviewed on the Edge radio station out of Seattle and I do as much to spread the word as possible. In fact I do so much in my community that I am sure I am a pain in the butt to my harassers.So those of us who are activist do much to try to be heard.Being here on Swallowing the Camel is an opportunity to try to educate the public and also I always pray that one of my seeds that I plant may fall on fertile ground.debbie
Juliane, No, I’m just one person. My mother has her own blog, accessible through her link. (She comments here but has no input as to content.)Police do respond to stalking reports, whether they want to do it or not. My grandmother has received ample police attention over the years in response to her calls. I also recall a case of a woman in Vancouver, “Cindy James” who made over 100 stalking/harrassment reports over a 6-year period and hired a P.I. (who believed her and did everything in his power to assist her). There is much debate over whether Ms. James was a victim of stalking, or if she staged some or all of the incidents herself. There is evidence to support either conclusion; it’s an unsolved mystery. I suppose the James case could be categorized as gangstalking, because she said there were multiple perps. At any rate, Vancouver and Richmond police as well as the P.I. responded to every complaint from Ms. James. I don’t know if this is the typical police response, but I do know that a lot of people in law enforcement are ethical, dedicated, and unbought.
I agree that there are decent people in law enforcement, sme; however, they appear to be in the distinct minority or, if not, they are certainly not in control of just how these complaints are to be handled. I am speaking from years of experience in having worked closely with many, many TIs, which involved extensive contacts with the police, the FBI, federal and state legislators, attorneys, AND such human rights organizations as the ACLU and Amnesty International USA. They will not touch the subject. The situation reminds me of what the Jews encountered when trying to persuade the world of the reality of Hitler’s Final Solution; and of the situations routinely encountered by Blacks before they finally erupted in the 1960s.

Just want to fill you in a bit about who this group of TIs are that have suddenly joined the discussion.Julianne has been a target for over 40 years. She is retired US military Intelligence and has excellent background knowledge in addition, she spent years researching and trying to expose this. If you were to Google Julianne McKinney, you will find paper that she has written on this subject which includes the use of directed energy weapons.Me, I can time line my stalking and harassment back 15 years to when I used to live in Edmonton. My stalking began when I took on a contract case of respite care (Alberta Child Welfare) for a little 6 year old girl who through ritual abuse had 5 personalities. this little girl was obviously part of the Monarch programming. Monarch programming is similar to MKUTRA. The CIA changed the name of the program after the MKULTRA program was exposed to the world in the 1970’s. When I look back into my past I have suspicions that I was a target since I was in my 20’s when I lived in Vancouver. I was raped 3 times and involved in 9 car accidents in an 8 year period that I lived in Vancouver. These fools like to arrange car accidents because if they hurt you enough they are then hired by the insurance companies to further stalk and harass you so that your claim of being injured in a motor vehicle accident will be lower in dollar value or non existant.The other tI’s who came to voice their opinion on Swallowing the Camel really have no clue why they are a targets. I have seen where 85% of the targets have been in car accidents..I find that interesting. Before I put the signs on my car about gang stalking, the perps orchestrated 3 attempts to run me off the road all in a 3 month time frame….since I put the signs on my car those attempts to run me off the road have stopped. I am so gutsy and with all the charm in the world, I have managed to neutralize my stalkers/harassers…I treat this like a game…that I want to win…I have effectively created my own reality. I try to teach TI’s how to do what I do to beat these guys…much of it is attitude and the remainder is knowing your enemy. Many of the grass roots stalkers have no clue of the ramifications of their actions…they need to be educated as well. Many of my stalkers have quit following me because I am sure some of them have a brain and can see the big picture.They are only replaced by more stalkers. But then their are those stalkers who are down right mean. I have ways of dealing with them as well that only makes them look the fool in public.

(This blog isn’t all about hoaxes and deceptions – it’s also a place for me to provide information on a variety of controversial or little-known topics so that people can get the information and make up their own minds.) I welcome dissenting and alternative views on any opinions or conclusions I express here, because only through civil dialogue can we can to the truth of anything. What I suspect is that Ms. James (nee Makepeace) had uncovered a major pedophile ring when working with “emotionally disturbed children.” The reason for her divorce in 1982 is not given, and the precise nature of her physician husband’s work is not discussed. There are some indications that he might have practiced some form of psychology. It suffices that Cindy believed that he was in some way connected to her harassment, which, of course, he denied, as would be expected. Vancouver is on record during this era as having been a “pedophile’s paradise” with the practice reaching into the highest levels of government (which, of course, would encompass the police). The Christian Science Monitor discussed this in 1997, as did a member of Amnesty International, back in 1999 (ref. http://www.harbour.sfu.ca/freda/articles/crime1.htm ).Debbie Newhook, in her latest post, discussed the consequences of her own intrusions into this practice — repeated rapes and contrived automobile accidents. Yet another TI was poisoned by her husband, whom she’d found to be involved in a small-town pedophile ring. She was subsequently accused by doctors of trying to poison herself. (‘Sound familiar? People who try to expose organized pedophilia like to kill themselves.) Still other TIs have encountered equally brutal and bizarre forms of harassment for precisely the same reasons — trying to expose organized pedophilia.Pedophilia is “big business,” interestingly now connected to multinational corporations. There are a lot of possibilities regarding the harassment and death of Cindy James. Her ex-husband was, naturally, a strong suspect because he might have been trying to scare her back into his life by making her think she was being being terrorized by someone else. At one point she accused him of murdering She might have fabricated some or all of the incidents for reasons unknown. She might, as her ex-husband suggested, have angered the parents of one of her child clients by uncovering evidence of child abuse. However, though police were reportedly supportive, professional, and prompt in their dealings with Ms. James, she did live with a policeman for a brief period while the case was ongoing, so I guess police collusion can’t be ruled out.

Under the circumstances, it is not so easy to dismiss Cindy James’s death as a suicide, given the deadly vested interests of these creeps. Nor will it be so easy to dismiss the reality and global implications of the topic originally surfaced in this thread under the heading of “gangstalking” (aka “organized stalking”). Pedophilia could very well be the driving force behind these operations, as well as the basis for what your mother had previously dismissed as being only so much “New World Order” drivel. For the record, pedophilia surfaces as a matter of standard procedure in these organized stalking campaigns. More often than not, TIs are accused by their stalkers of being pedophiles, when in fact they are not. The harassment is unrelentingly vicious. It’s a popular smoke screen employed by pedophiles — accusing innocent others of engaging in pedophilia to conceal what is REALLY ongoing. Thank you for your objectivity, sme. No doubt you would now prefer to return to less disturbing subjects, such as “literary fraud.”

Hmm. I don’t know if I can tackle all 748 pages (I just finished Gravity’s Rainbow, And the Band Played On, and a few other whopper-sized books.) But I’ll do what I can. I’ll also look through some of the unverified material I’ve gathered on Monarch over the years (Monarch first came to my attention about 10 years ago, along with well-documented programs such as MKULTRA and other unethical, government-sponsored psychological experiments). I can see I’ll have my work cut out for me! But I’m committed to examining these issues in more depth and posting my conclusions/opinions/findings on this blog, because it’s worthy of attention and investigation. Feel free to pass along any other materials or links you feel might help shed light on the subject for me and others.
I am sure many of the readers of this blog have seen that there are no stalking laws for multiple stalkers, just as there are no laws for ritual abuse. I find that interesting indeed. Why would these two crimes not be included in the criminal code? Julianne mentioned that many of us who are targets are slandered in the community and I am no exception. I have been blacklisted and can no longer work in the helping field. I am one of the fortunate targets and have managed to stay employed for the past 15 years as I started a cleaning business out of desperation for work after I left(was chased out of) Edmonton. False files are created for each Target and then distributed in the community and this distribution of false files and slander is presented to the community by someone in power or someone who is highly respected in the community. Thus the grass roots stalkers believe what they have been told about the target and they have no problem harassing or stalking the target for the betterment of the community and society as a whole. The grass roots stalkers are told that it is not stalking if you only follow a person lets say once a week. This is how they get around the law. Many stalkers are hired or volunteer (citizens on patrol) to occasionally follow and harass the target. These people take their ‘job’ very seriously and believe what they are doing is totally within the law and of course they are making it a better place to live by ‘controlling’ the behaviour of the target.However, there are those who are stalkers(paid vigilantes) who think they are agents or a spy for the ‘good guys’ and they seriously take on the role of secret agent…..hmm..and they call us delusional. There is one interesting thing about all this secret agent stuff, when we the Target Individual take pictures of our stalkers and their vehicles, they hide their faces. They know deep down inside what they are doing is wrong.debbie
