Please humor me, folks. Watch this short video and tell me what you think is going on in it. Why? Well, a lot of people suspect (possibly as a result of the Theresa Duncan/Jeremy Blake suicides) that “gangstalking” has become a problem in the world today. Not your run-of-the-mill stalking by cultists or psychotic neighbors or romantically/fanatically obsessed people, but by “gangs of unemployed terrorists” who apparently select targets at random and try to drive them nuts. This may be a government operation, according to some of the victims.
My thoughts on this video: If you sit in your car in broad daylight filming every pedestrian, cyclist, and motorist who passes by….
A. People will watch you closely, wondering what’s up, wondering why they’re being filmed by a total stranger in a parked car. (I know this woman thinks she can’t be seen, but I’m sure she can.)
B. If you observe the traffic patterns in your neighborhood closely, you will notice a lot of “strange” activity (people circling the block because they’re lost, children wandering aimlessly, etc.). If the woman had to look so closely to find the people who were supposedly trying to drive her crazy, then she’s really driving herself crazy.
Terroristic stalking, even gangstalking, does occur and it is a serious crime. But for our own good, let’s make an effort to distinguish between real stalking and unchecked paranoia.

Hi SmeWhen did I first realize I was stalked?I knew I was stalked 15 years ago when I lived in Edmonton, because they made it very apparent to me. However they also made me believe that my ex hired many of the people to stalk me, which I did find hard to fathom because I knew he did not have the money nor the connections to hire these people…The perpetrators of this crime turned up the stalking and harassment campaign just prior (2 weeks) to the Alberta Child Welfare Department calling me for the second time to take care of the six year old whom I talked about in the previous post. So I quit all my jobs and within a week and a half I left the city of Edmonton and headed to Nanaimo, where I had family support. It took 12 years for me to see that something terribly wrong was going on in my life…12 years ago my cat was killed and then my dog was killed and directly after that I was broken into and my house was trashed…This is when I started to do my own investigation in my neighbourhood and this is when the perps got very intense with the stalking and harassment…..I am a very bold person and I saw that my patrolling of the neighbourhood caused many people to get nervous and I was not sure why at that time…it took a few years of crap happening and searching on the net for answers before I finally stumbled upon a name for this crap…I happened to be researching New world Order, because some where in the back of my mind I thought all this crap had something to do with New World Order. I was doing some reading about new world order and the person who wrote this made reference to gang stalking and suddenly it hit me that that was what I had been experiencing…from there I did much research and was facinated because I have a passion for true crime and I also worked in corrections when I lived in Edmonton…I was totally engrossed and gobbled up as much info as I could find. In addition I found forums for people who were stalked and harassed just like I was…What relief it was to find others…I studied my perps closely and saw that Citizen on patrol where part of this. I also saw that criminal types were stalking me. The more I learned about them the more I calmed down, because I saw that many of the people who do this were grossly misinformed.Much of our knowledge about the stalkers comes from first hand experience and also a book call “Terrorist stalking In America” by PI David LawsonDavid Lawson infiltrated these groups for a 12 year period and then wrote a book about it…He has since written another book called cause stalking, but we in the TI community do not agree with some of the info he has presented in his latest book. Neither of these books are available to buy in regular book stores and are only available through Amazon.David Lawson’s book describes who the stalkers are and volunteer citizen groups identified as being some of our stalkers. the community citizens on patrol-are just pawns in this deadly game and I believe they are grossly misinformed.I know now that I had perpetrators of this crime infiltrate my life in fact I had a relationship with one of the perps 6 years ago…but I am guessing he could not control me and we split up…He stalked me after we separated and I had to electrocute him…That is a very long story that I might just blog about at a later date…it is a very funny story.I am not a typical target in that I am so bold in my approach and I refuse to be a victim. To Anonymous,Is this the best you can do to debunk the video or the other information put forth on this topic? We in the TI community run accross many people like you on the internet who try to throw around terms such as delusional, histrionic, or paranoid schizophrenic yet offer no valid reason for trying to label us and refuse to look into the information presented. So here is my opinion, the perpetrators of this crime are the delusional ones. They actually believe they are secret agents who are above the law. My perps have even had such licence plates as: Bounty1Bounty2 and CIA007 etc…I wish I had a camera handy when I saw these plates…I roared with laughter when I saw these plates….the perps actually believe they are secret agents.debbie

I hope that your tooth problem has been resolved, sme. ‘Interesting coincidence, needless to say. These past two weeks, the freaks have been aiming electronic frequencies at one side of my jaw, with the obvious intent of trying to accomplish what they’d accomplished some 18 years ago; viz., a shattered tooth on one side, with a permanent burn mark on my cheek immediately on top of that tooth, and attempts at shattering a second tooth, with an identical telltale burn mark on my other cheek, immediately on top of that second tooth. Of course, during the height of that targeting, serious inflammation of a curious, almost-gangrenous nature occurred on the inner cheeks and gums adjacent to the teeth being targeted. I had one dentist ask if lasers were being used. I personally suspect millimeter waves. The freaks like to do things like this. Targeting with electronic weapons can be incredibly precise. There is no point other than to inflict extremes of pain. Regardless, I do hope that your own circumstances are unrelated.

I am going through a similiar situation but the only thing is that i play the game right back and its getting kinda ruff. they run me off the road i run them off the road. I see the same faces around me all day and to be honest im gonna put a end to this shit they got a 24/7 watch on me to try to make me do something stupid well if your one of them stalking queers try staying home and maybe bang your wife or something but then again I seen your wife and thats probably why you rather follow me around

I have been gang stalked for 4years and I have no idea why I have been targeted. 90% of the things that I have read about GS is true based on my own experience and I am sure that it is only a matter of time before the other 10% happens to me.The perps are criminals and are to better than Hitlers thugs.I have been followed by perps in police cars both local and state and helicopters and no matter where I go they follow or they are at my destination waiting. That means GS is supported by the government. So where do we go for help? If I was a criminal they would just arrest me but that is not the case I am just some kind of sick experiment for some agency. Liberty4all, if you’re in the U.S., there are some legitimate reasons to be concerned about your loss of freedoms: Expanded legal parameters for wiretapping, the suspension of habeas corpus, and illegal wars of aggression, to name a few. In Canada, there are hate speech laws that make idiocy and ignorance prosecutable offences. There is industrial pollution. There is political/corporate corruption galore.In general, however, the daily lives of U.S./Canadian citizens have not changed appreciably in the last few decades. Folks still work, raise their families, go to the church of their choice (or not go to church at all, if that’s their choice), and enjoy the same leisure activities their ancestors enjoyed. If you’re concerned about some specific issues, get active (or remain active, if you already are), but try to keep balance in your life; smell the roses while plucking the weeds. It is not all gloom and doom.
This “gangstalking” is a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy. A few years ago it would have required a true “conspiracy” to carry it off, and so it only happened in hitchcock movies, but now there is a whole culture of watching-each-other that supports it, and that is supported by popular surveillance “hobbies’ and reality-tv… There are movements that feed into the victim-politics groups whose own philosophies reinforce “gang-stalking” ideas, and these movements feed off each other.What really drives them are the fake, charlatan “counseling” groups. Those are often making money, paying themselves salaries out of “nonprofits”, etc, based on their claims. What is really tragic is when innocent people take them at their word and try to help them get justice. As soon as an innocent investigator decides to treat the stalking crimes seriously but then realizes there is a bigger, more serious level of fraud going on involving the complaints, that investigator then faces huge risk, and the most unfortunate part of this is that the concept of the “thin blue line” looking out for its fallen members is, itself, an urban myth.
I’m not exactly sure what you’re getting at, Friend. Are you saying gangstalking is a fact, but can also be the product of victim support groups? What sort of counseling groups are you referring to? I know that some Targeted Individuals believe they have been victimized by twelve-step programs.
I am not sure what Friend is trying to say, but I think he may be saying that the support groups that are on the internet are infiltrated by perpetrators of the crime of organized stalking. The perps that are on the forums are there to create more havoc, instill fear and divide and conquer. These are all CINTELPRO tactics. Many of the perps who partake on these on line forums have been directed to act like a TI so they may gather information and identify the TIs who are the movers and the shakers. I have seen many and perp infiltrator posing as a TI send out emails discrediting the TIs who are activist by suggesting that their(TI activist) motives are not pure and are not geared toward exposure. Radio broadcastWe (me and another TI) have been invited back onto Raymond’s show. We are not sure of the exact date but it should be the first part of May. Our topic will again be about organized stalking and harassment with focus on the stalking laws and stats and V2K (voice to skull). As some of you might know the technology of voice to skull has been around for decades and the advertisement industry has picked up on this as new technology to encourage people to buy. This technology is not new, but we the targets of this covert war have been the guinea pigs for this technology. Just to let you know that the up coming radio broadcast is scheduled for May 14 on Raymond’s 9/11 show. However I have decided to not to appear on the show with my fellow TI as he is not willing to tell me what he plans on talking about….In our efforts to expose this crap we must be careful not to suggest that the government is involved in our attacks and harassment as we have no proof. We also have no proof of the advanced technology that our attackers use on us. Thus if a TI talks about stuff that is not learned in school or known by the masses as to exist, it only serves to discredit the individual. In addition, my fellow TI has suggested that he wants to name his attackers and quite frankly I have enough problems and do not want more. I have spoken to Raymond about my concerns and he suggested that perhaps I can appear on his radio at another time without my fellow TI. You have a worldview of “them” or “us” and you allow no room at all for people who are simply skeptical. Like myself. I’m not a “perp” or a “spy” or in any way involved. I agree that naming alleged perps on the radio or in any public forum is not a good idea. It could complicate things legally in the future, and won’t do much more than make both alleged perps and alleged TIs look bad in the public eye – which is hardly fair. I just don’t see how it could benefit anyone. Regardless, I’ll listen to the show just to hear what’s up. Kaa has an excellent point that skeptics are not to be confused with perps. Not that perps wouldn’t pretend to be merely skeptical if they wanted to discredit people – but there are many people who are going to simply doubt, and that’s not criminal by any stretch of the imagination. Questioning and doubt are wholly natural, healthy responses when confronted with startling and/or unverified information. If someone says to you, “Jesus killed all the dinosaurs with his light saber,” and you reply, “Huh? That doesn’t even make sense!” that doesn’t mean you’ve gone to the Dark Side. It means you don’t think dinosaur extinction was caused by light sabers, and you don’t understand what Jesus could possibly have had to do with that, anyway. Frivolous example perhaps, but you see my point.

The crime of organized stalking is not only real, but global in scope.And what’s worse is that in the United States, it is the United States Intelligence community that is behind this crime — including the FBI — which is every target of organized stalking who’s contacted the FBI has stated that not only didn’t the FBI help them, but they also attempted to paint them as being mentally unstable, so that these TI’s could be stereotyped as having a mental illness.Moreover, the TI’s who complained to the FBI reported that the stalking harassment which they experienced got ever worse after they contacted the FBI.Why would this happen? Anon, I don’t understand why stalkers wouldn’t back off after being reported to the FBI, either. It seems some stalkers become angry and increasingly aggressive when thwarted. The FBI wouldn’t be able to assist in most stalking cases because the FBI has no jurisdiction in stalking cases unless state lines are crossed. Also, neighborhood/community watch programs are organized with the cooperation of local – not federal – law enforcement. Criminal activity by community watch members hence comes under local jurisdiction, as well. I read John St. Clair Akwei’s affidavit and noted that it did not contain any cited references to specific information about his allegations (i.e., where did he obtain the names and details of secret NSA technology?). I don’t know if the technology he describes is fully feasible or not, but he did not provide any evidence that it exists and is functional. As a legal document, it is nearly worthless. I would be very surprised if his suit wasn’t thrown out of court on grounds of insufficient evidence.

Nanaimo BC is a small city and rumours can spread in this city fast. I just heard a rumour that Raymond and Chily radio recieved threats from the board of directors of CHLY radio. Raymond was threatened with the loss of his job and the pulling of his 9/11 program if hew did not pull the topic of organized stalking from his program. I contacted Raymond to see if this rumour was indeed a fact. He told me it was…Now why would a couple of targets who are deemed to be delusional have such an impact on the CHLY board of directors…I also heard rumour that CHLY radio suddenly has a substantial rent hike that is not going to fit into their budget and they may have to move. Raymond was not able to confirm this.Raymond has invited us back onto his show and is going to stick to his programming that is “Unbought and Unbossed”….a tip of the hat to Raymond for not being bullied by the board of directors.We are scheduled to appear on June 7 and this time I will be appearing and just deal with any subject matter that my fellow TI may present. I feel we ruffled some feathers here in Nanaimo and I want to see if we can reach some more people here in this area. Debbie, are you referring to the rent hike, or to the station’s threats to pull the show?I agree with your comment to Kaa that it is not up to the victims of alleged crimes to prove a crime has taken place. The evidence of gangstalking has been presented by the victims and now can be appraised by law enforcement, scientists, sociologists, etc. Right now there doesn’t seem to be any “concrete” proof, but of course that could change with time. More information may come to light. It’s not the sole responsibility of the TIs to provide it, however.

Right now I’m saving up to buy some anti surveillance materials to put up in my apartment, but even if that works there, there still is the street day to day. It hasn’t happened at my new job yet, well not on the inside, but when I go outside to police the grounds someone put that stuff on me. I have a case going on with the local police, but it seems like its going to take all of me and only with the grace of God to pull through this. I need help and am willing to help other victims. This can take place for many years, particularly since law enforcement and legislation have yet to catch up with the reality of organized stalking by groups.Techniques of psychological warfare are used against the target in a methodical and well orchestrated attack that often leaves the target a victim of ridicule among his friends and family because this occurrence is so hard to believe. However, the number of targets are increasing to the point that they can network with one another and find out that the same tactics are used everywhere. These tactics are intended to weaken the target to the point of physical and psychological collapse. The reasons why a person is initially targeted can vary. Sometimes the person may be a political activist. Others may have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Corporations apparently have even been known to hire these stalking groups to silence people who were once in their employ. These stalking gangs may be lied to about the target, thinking that perhaps the person is a deviant who needs to be driven out of town. The reasons are only limited to the imagination. In some cases, according to David Lawson, author of Terrorist Stalking in America, the person has done nothing wrong but is simply used as a practice target or as an example to others in the group to show what can happen to them if they anger the group in some way. This serves to keep the members of these stalking groups tied to the group through intense fear of becoming a target. Many people ask, “Why would anyone engage in this kind of activity?”. In order to answer that question, it’s important to realize that the person who has decided to target an individual is not the person (or persons in this case) doing the stalking. Clearly they like the feeling of being “in control”. Like our society’s current obsession with “reality TV”, this activity must inevitably gain popularity as the ultimate experience of “reality” entertainment. Such is the nature of the bottomless pit within the stalkers that thirsts, evermore, for greater and greater thrills. To the perpetrators, their targets are merely their prey, in a game that never ends. He convinces her she’s seeing and hearing things that don’t exist, including the gaslights (what they had before light bulbs) going on and off when he isn’t home.” The subtle techniques used to make the wife doubt her own sanity are similar to the techniques used by gang stalkers to unnerve a target. For example, the perpetrators (who appear to frequently have access to their targets’ homes) may sometimes come into the house while the target is out and move things around a little bit, or spread some dirt on the floor or on furniture, or move an item from the house to the car. But usually they won’t cause enough damage to involve the Police. This shows that this activity is a psychological game of cat and mouse, and has little to do with any overt kind of damage that may be caused, such as burning someone’s house down or stealing valuables. The energy was very odd all the way through the broadcast. I can not get into the oddities that occurred during the broadcast and directly after the broadcast on this public forum.It could be that Raymond has been targeted as two days after the broadcast I got a spam letter that suggested that Raymond was overseas and stuck without money and could we please send him $2000 to help him. David, the other TI on the broadcast, also recieved this scam email from someone posing as Raymond. I am assuming that the perps hijacked his email account and sent this spam email to his entire address book.I believed the rumours about the radio station having to move to be true, but at the time Raymond said they were all false so I had to retract statements that I made on this forum. I am not sure what is going on with Raymond, but I think something is and he is just trying to ignore it and deny all strange occurrences.I have discovered from talking to another high profile TI activist in the US that we TIs in Nanaimo are the only group of TIs in North America who have found each other in our city. We are a group of 12 TIs here and 5 of us are activist in one way or another. No other TIs seem to be as organized or have appeared on their local radio like we have. The show sounded OK to me; I know a radio broadcast always sounds worse to the people involved than to the average listener! You’ll notice mistakes or problems that the audience misses entirely. We had a lovely visit with Raymond and his partner, and enjoyed Nanaimo for the short time we were there. We’ve love to see the city again and visit for a longer period of time. It does seem that Nanaimo’s TIs, thanks to you, are working together to address the problem. This apparently isn’t happening on such a scale anywhere else. The email hijacking is certainly strange, but that sort of thing is unfortunately common. In order to thwart a cyber-stalker a year or two ago, I removed all email addresses from my contact file and opened up alternate accounts that I can resort to if one is infiltrated. It makes more work for me to insert addresses manually, but at least it saves people on my contact list from being victimized or harassed by spammers and scammers. There are a lot of ’em out there.
Thanks for the feedback about the radio broadcast SMEOther TI groups in both the US and the UK are organized, but they do not seem to have a radio station like CHLY in their neighbourhood.We are very grateful to CHLY radio for inviting us to talk about this ever growing global phenomenon.I am a far more fortunate TI than most because of the number of people I have found in this area who are victims of Organized stalking. This has helped in keeping me safer from the those who would like to see me locked up in mental institution. When David first started to complain about this to the police here in Nanaimo, the police locked him up in a mental institution in Victoria for a month. Exactly one year ago when I became very vocal about this and had signs on my car, the police sent mental health to my door. I had two witnesses present at the time and both knew that this kind of stalking was happening to me. I agreed to the interview that the mental health requested, but only if I could video tape the entire interview. The mental health people denied the interview after that and they left.
