If you have in fact read into all of these subjects then this post is in very poor taste – alot of these seem to be either misinterpretations or purposeful misrepresentations of fields which are otherwise very logical, sober, interesting, and, in alot of these cases, not conspiracy theories at all. Well, you seem to be operating with a rather loose definition of “conspiracy theory”. I would say that Gnostics just have a different view of god and creation then Christians. Both views are scientifically unprovable (otherwise you wouldn’t need faith in order to believe in god), but as far as spiritual beliefs go I don’t see big difference between “evil god” and “good god” versions. And Scientology, despite being one of the silliest religions in the world history, is still a religion and is not a conspiracy theory. Now about the missing ones. I am not entirely sure about the whole 9/11 event, most “conspiracy theory” explanations are somewhere on the edge between inadequate and ridiculous, but the official version of events is right there with them. I feel it is somehow more comfortable to believe that 9/11 is a result of a malicious intelligence, then of a benevolent stupidity.You definitely missed the whole “Area 51” shebang, the “Elders of Zion”, the “Ancient wise men of the underground city of Shambala”, the whole UFO abduction theme and all the silly “humans were created from great apes by aliens visiting earth” theories.

Every free thinking citizen ought to question the government’s official 9/11 conspiracy theory. It is, after all, the justification for the blatant power grab in the middle east as well as at home with increased surveillance and loss of civil liberties. Sure, there is plenty of disinfo and obviously false theories floating around (including the government’s, which is the most absurd of all), but that’s even more of a reason for seeking the truth and calling for a real investigation by objective, non-politicized experts and researchers. I love a good loony conspiracy theory. My all-time favorite was from the Rev. Tony Alamo, one of those nuts who sees the Vatican as the “Whore of Bablylon” and source of all evil.
